Rev Heather Klatt

Rev Heather, who lives in Leduc County, was appointed a Designated Minister in August, 2017. She quickly demonstrated a strength of character and caring that continues to this day. The church Board recognized this contribution to the Church and decided to raise her to the status of Ordained Minister. Having a wide range in her ministry, she will also will focus on the family units and outreach, plus Grief and Loss Support. In this context, life experience will be treated as analogous to academic theological training.

Our church has a dedicated team of ministers who focus on Church growth as they minister. These ministers make their witness in a variety of important ways.

Outreach & Church Growth

Part of my ministry is conducting weddings for non church members via Life Celebrations ā€“ Covenant of Marriage, hoping to add them to the Church Fellowship. In addition to my main function as a minister above I also serve as:

Bereavement Ministry ā€“ end of life care
Elder Care ā€“ Institutional Visiting
Counselling Minister (Family Violence focus etc)
